What you will be doing & delivering

As Production Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing packing operations, and leading, motivating, and supporting a team safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely alongside our Production Manager you will be hands-on in managing the day-to-day operations across our packing and production areas.

What you will be doing

• Supervising and coordinating packing teams to meet KPIs, quality, and customer order timeframes
• Operating packing machinery and equipment, and assisting with fruit packing as required
• Monitoring performance and productivity, using data to plan and adjust packing requirements
• Providing training, coaching, and ongoing support to team members
• Conducting performance management and reporting on leave and attendance for direct reports
• Managing labour hours and developing fortnightly work orders to optimise output
• Collaborating with the wider production team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Supporting a positive team culture and driving continuous improvement
• Provide support to other members of the leadership team
• Assist with other duties as required

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in production or fast-paced environments
• A hands-on, proactive, and team-focused mindset
• Strong communication and time management skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a diverse team
