About the Role
We’re looking for a curious and customer-focused Web Experience & Optimisation Lead to manage the ongoing evolution of our digital experience.
Blending front-end web development, customer experience, conversion optimisation and analytics, you’ll be responsible for improving how prospective Members, families, referral partners and Helpers engage with Five Good Friends online. You’ll use insights, experimentation and a deep understanding of customer behaviour to identify opportunities, solve problems and deliver measurable improvements across the customer journey.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical capability with customer-centric thinking and commercial impact, and wants to play a key role in driving digital growth and innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Enhancing and optimising the Five Good Friends website and digital experiences.
- Identifying customer journey friction points and implementing improvements that drive better outcomes.
- Designing, building and testing landing pages, forms and conversion pathways.
- Analysing website and customer behaviour data to uncover opportunities for growth.
- Leading website optimisation, experimentation and A/B testing initiatives.
- Partnering with stakeholders across marketing and the broader business to improve digital experiences.
- Driving technical SXO and digital discoverability improvements.
- Exploring emerging technologies and AI-driven opportunities to enhance customer experiences and performance.
About You
You’re someone who enjoys solving problems, improving experiences and using data to make informed decisions. You thrive on finding smarter ways of doing things and love seeing the impact of your work through measurable results.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in web development, digital optimisation, customer experience or a related field.
- Strong front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience improving website performance, user experience and conversion outcomes.
- A solid understanding of customer journey mapping, UX principles and digital best practices.
- Experience using analytics tools to understand customer behaviour and identify opportunities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate insights into action.
- A test-and-learn mindset with experience in optimisation, experimentation or A/B testing.
- A proactive, curious and solutions-focused approach.
- Enthusiasm for emerging technology, AI and continuous improvement.
