Description

About Us:

At Fitness Passport, we are driven by a clear purpose — to make fitness more accessible, so more people can lead active and healthier lives. Established in 2006, we’re a corporate health and fitness program partnering with the public sector, corporate employers, and leading fitness facilities across Australia and New Zealand, providing members with access to a wide range of gyms and wellness resources.

As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, Fitness Passport is executing an ambitious strategy while keeping our member experience a top priority.

The Role:

As our GTM Marketing Manager, you’ll own member acquisition across our employer portfolio. You’ll treat each employer as its own market. You’ll work out which channels inside that workplace actually move people: the intranet, payroll comms, Teams, leaders, onsite events or workplace champions. Then you’ll build, ship and measure the campaigns that turn eligible employees into members. You’ll work closely with our implementation and client success teams across the whole account lifecycle:

  • Finding the channels and setting the strategy. You’ll map the acquisition channels inside each employer, from intranets, payroll and onboarding touchpoints to leaders, workplace champions and onsite moments.
  • Priming accounts before they sign. Working with our Account Executives, you’ll join discovery on major prospects, and negotiate channel access and champion contacts into the deal.
  • Maximising every launch. Working with our Client Implementation Managers, you’ll design and run each new employer’s sign-up plan in their tone and across their channels.
  • Re-igniting the base. Working with our Client Success Managers, you’ll run account-specific campaigns such as onboarding pushes, seasonal moments, family membership drives and win-back waves. You’ll build a network of workplace champions and ready-to-send material for HR teams, and run quarterly growth reviews on priority accounts.
  • Doing the work on the tools. You’ll build, send and optimise campaigns yourself in our email, CRM, landing page and analytics stack. You’ll produce first-pass copy and creative fast, brief suppliers where the lift justifies it, and test ideas in days, not quarters.
  • Measuring what works and sharing it. You’ll track penetration, conversion, channel performance and ROI by account. You’ll retire what doesn’t pay, double down on what does, and turn wins into playbooks the wider commercial team can use.

About You:

  • Deeply curious. You dig into data, talk to members, visit sites and work out how each employer actually communicates with its people. That’s how you uncover thef channels that actually work, and why one account converts better than another.
  • Growth-minded. You think in funnels, conversion rates and payback. You default to measurable sign-ups over awareness, you can build a campaign report and defend the numbers, and you’re comfortable owning a target.
  • Fast and fluent on the tools. You build and ship in modern marketing platforms (Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Marketo or similar, plus a CRM, landing pages and analytics) without waiting for an agency or a developer. You treat speed of iteration as a competitive advantage.
  • Client-side wired. You understand how HR, internal comms and people leaders make decisions and what competes for their attention. You know your way around intranets, Teams/Slack, digital signage and workplace media, and how to get a workplace to act.
  • Strategic and hands-on. You can move between portfolio strategy and writing the email in the same afternoon.
  • A seller of ideas. You can sell a plan to a Head of People, CFO or GM, then execute it without a big team behind you.
  • A sharp communicator. You write well, brief well, and get the best from suppliers without doing their job for them.
  • 5 to 8 years in growth, lifecycle, partner/channel or account-based marketing, with clear ownership of an acquisition or conversion number.
  • A track record of materially moving a conversion, adoption, enrolment or penetration metric, and the ability to explain exactly how you did it.
  • Experience running campaigns through a partner’s or client’s own channels, where you didn’t control the channel and had to earn access.
  • Experience planning events or onsite activations and managing the suppliers who deliver them.
  • Experience in B2B2C, employee benefits, health insurance, membership or subscription businesses, or an in-house growth role at a scale-up, is highly regarded.
