Finsbury Green, a privately owned leader in print, managed services and logistics, is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our Digital Print & Mailing team.

We are seeking someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced production environment and can adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.

In this role, you will contribute to the production and finishing of high-quality printed and mailing products, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency and meeting customer deadlines.

While previous experience in print finishing or a similar production environment would be advantageous, we also welcome applicants with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a range of digital print finishing equipment.
• Perform finishing tasks including guillotining, folding, stitching and packing.
• Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the production process.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet changing production demands and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to move between tasks as production priorities change.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in print finishing, printing or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
• However, we welcome applications from mechanically minded individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Desirable Skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Previous experience in mailing or mail processing operations.
• Experience operating other print finishing equipment.
