Description

Australia’s leading inclusive social enterprise, Avenue is far more than a day program – we are a pioneering national network of thriving hubs and micro-enterprises where people of all abilities come to gain a sense of community, grow, and contribute while delivering high-quality products and services. We bring world-class learning and social opportunities to individuals regardless of their support needs.

What began as a single hub in Frenchs Forest has rapidly expanded into a dynamic footprint across the country, currently empowering 650 participants across five thriving micro-enterprises. Our participants join real teams, share in the profits, and exercise true choice and control over the social and community activities they access. We are also proud to work alongside a growing network of business partners who initially came for the high-quality service and stayed for the team!

Now, Avenue is bringing its category-defining model north as we expand operations into Queensland.

Avenue is one of the flagship enterprises built by Fighting Chance, an organisation dedicated to designing and scaling social ventures that move the dial for Australians with disability and their families. Together, we are inspired by the vision that people with disability have unbridled access to opportunity, dignity, and prosperity within a truly inclusive society.
