Feramex is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Brand Coordinator to join our team in Tullamarine on a six-month contract.

We have several important marketing projects underway across our website, product marketing materials, branding and digital presence.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of these projects, coordinate external designers, web developers and suppliers, and ensure the work gets completed to a high standard and within required timeframes.

This is a hands-on role combining marketing coordination, content development and creation, creative input and project management.

About Us

Feramex is an established sheet-metal manufacturer supplying roofing, architectural cladding and steel building products to Victoria’s construction industry.

We manufacture and distribute from our Tullamarine facility and continue to invest in our products, systems, marketing and future growth.

What You Will Be Doing

• Coordinate marketing projects, working with external designers, printers, agencies and suppliers to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard
• Drive the development and improvement of our company website, contributing creative ideas, designs and content while working with external web developers
• Develop and maintain website content, product information, images and other marketing assets
• Create and coordinate product brochures, catalogues, promotional materials and other sales and marketing tools
• Manage our social media activities, including designing and creating content, scheduling posts, coordinating external providers and reviewing performance
• Coordinate digital marketing activities and promotional campaigns, including monitoring results
• Maintain consistent branding across digital, print and other marketing materials
• Support the sales and commercial teams with presentations, customer communications, product information and other business activities as required
• Identify and implement improvements to our marketing materials, systems and processes

What You Will Bring

Essential

• Previous experience in marketing coordination, marketing communications or a similar role
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage suppliers, priorities and deadlines
• Experience with website development, content management and working with external developers
• Experience in social media management, digital marketing and content creation
• Practical experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools to create marketing materials and graphics
• Strong written communication skills, creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks and follow projects through to completion 

Highly Regarded

• Experience with WordPress, Webflow or similar website platforms
• Photography, video editing, SEO, Google Analytics or digital advertising experience
• Experience developing product catalogues, brochures and sales materials
• Experience in manufacturing, construction or building products
