Marketing & Events Coordinator

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for marketing and events? Do you love bringing ideas to life and building engaging brand experiences? We’re on the lookout for an experienced Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis.

Following our current coordinator’s relocation, this newly vacant role offers the chance to take ownership of our marketing activity and events program, and work with a vibrant team that values energy, initiative and fresh ideas.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the planning and execution of internal and external events, including networking functions, job fairs, sponsorships and social initiatives
• Creating and scheduling content across digital platforms including LinkedIn, our website and email campaigns
• Driving brand awareness and supporting our consultants with tools to help them share our story
• Coordinating marketing activity calendars, campaign timelines and stakeholder communications
• Liaising with external suppliers, designers and digital agencies
• Assisting with brand collateral and promotional material for business development

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in marketing, communications or events
• Ideally holds a qualification in marketing, communications or a related field
• Is confident working independently and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Brings a creative eye and strong writing skills
• Has experience with social media platforms and content creation
• Enjoys collaborating with different teams and building relationships
• Is looking for part-time work (we’re open to 3–4 days per week, or 5 shorter days)
