• New Starter: $31.00/hr. Full induction and training, with a team behind you
• Experienced Starter: $32.50/hr. For people with relevant production or manufacturing experience
• Competent Operator: $35.00/hr. Run your own workstation
• Next steps: Trade Equivalent

What you’ll do

You’ll be on the factory floor building custom cabinetry: physical, detail-oriented work where you see exactly what you’ve built at the end of every day.

• Operate production machinery safely
• Assemble cabinetry using hand and power tools
• Measure and check your work to our quality standards
• Work with your team to keep production on schedule
• Keep your area clean and safe, and report hazards straight away

What you’ll bring

• Manufacturing, production or assembly experience
• Confidence with machinery and hand and power tools
• An eye for detail and pride in your work
• A commitment to WHS, correct PPE and your team’s safety
• Reliability: on time, every shift (6:45 am start)
• A Cabinet Making trade is a bonus, but not required
