The Opportunity:
We’re excited to offer an opportunity to be among the first team members at our brand-new Wingfield factory. As a Production Worker, you’ll play a key role in our manufacturing process, working with the latest machinery and contributing to the production of high-quality kitchen components.

As a Production Worker, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing processes.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with:
- Experience with machine operation and/or hand tools
- Previous manufacturing experience
- A strong work ethic, integrity, team spirit, and pride in the quality of their work
- Practical and efficient problem-solving abilities
- Receptive to constructive feedback and always open to trying and learning new methods and techniques
