We are seeking a dedicated Solicitor specialising in Wills & Estates to join our legal team. This role involves providing expert legal advice and representation in matters related to wills, estates, and probate. Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on wills, estates, and probate matters.
• Exposure to family law and conveyancing
• Draft and review wills and estate planning documents.
• Represent clients in probate proceedings and estate disputes.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist clients in understanding their rights and obligations regarding estate matters.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
• Admission to practice as a Solicitor in Australia.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Wills & Estates law.
• Strong understanding of estate planning and probate processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
