As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for a full-time or part-time Onsite Injury Prevention Physiotherapists to join our high-energy, values-driven team. About the Role
In this varied, hands-on role, you’ll work directly with both employees and employers across a wide range of industries. You’ll help prevent injuries before they happen using leading-edge techniques and evidence-based tools.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Delivering proactive physiotherapy interventions onsite
- Conducting ergonomic and manual handling assessments
- Providing early intervention treatment and education
- Collaborating with employers to design tailored injury prevention strategies
- Supporting workers in staying healthy, confident, and functional at work
- You’ll be more than a physio—you’ll be a partner in creating a culture of safety and well-being.

What We’re Looking For

Qualified: Tertiary degree in Physiotherapy and full AHPRA registration

Experienced: Minimum 1 year in musculoskeletal physio, ideally in private practice or onsite settings

Proactive & Personable: You’re confident working independently, build rapport easily, and genuinely care about helping others

Practical Requirements: Full working rights in Australia, valid driver’s licence, and reliable transport
