Responsibilities: – Assist customers in selecting appropriate eyewear based on their needs and preferences. – Provide expert advice on lens options, coatings, and frame styles. – Conduct measurements for eyewear fittings to ensure optimal comfort and vision. – Maintain an organised and visually appealing display of eyewear products. – Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to eyewear orders. – Collaborate with optometrists and other team members to ensure high-quality service. – Stay updated on the latest trends in eyewear and optical technology. Qualifications: – Previous experience as an optical dispenser or in a similar role. – Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to work effectively in a team environment. – Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. – Knowledge of optical products and services is preferred.
