Based at our Virginia facility, we’re looking for a hands-on Storeperson/Forklift Driver who takes pride in their work, shows initiative and enjoys being part of a team that gets things done.

About the Role

This is more than a forklift driving role.

You’ll play an important part in keeping our warehouse and logistics operations running smoothly, ensuring stock is organised, deliveries are coordinated, vehicles are loaded correctly, and projects are supported from warehouse to customer.

Your day-to-day may include:

  • Loading, unloading and securing furniture and materials safely and efficiently
  • Preparing and coordinating deliveries and installations
  • Undertaking local deliveries and furniture installations
  • Managing incoming and outgoing stock and supplier deliveries
  • Supporting stocktakes and inventory control activities
  • Checking delivery paperwork and ensuring records are accurate
  • Labelling, storing and organising stock and warehouse supplies
  • Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
  • Working closely with project, factory and installation teams
  • Providing professional customer service when delivering on-site

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead and doesn’t wait to be told what needs doing. You’ll be reliable, organised and proactive, with a strong eye for detail and a genuine commitment to delivering quality work.

You’ll be someone who:

  • Takes pride in doing the job right the first time
  • Shows initiative and can work independently without constant supervision
  • Has a positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
  • Enjoys being part of a hardworking team and helping where needed
  • Is organised and pays attention to detail
  • Enjoys a hands-on, fast-paced environment
  • Communicates well and builds positive relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Is confident completing paperwork and maintaining accurate stock records
  • Holds a current Forklift Licence
  • Holds, or is willing to obtain, a White Card, First Aid and CPR certification
  • Holds an MR or HR Driver Licence (advantageous)
  • Has full Australian working rights
