Our client list includes leading architects, designers, and specifiers, and we are proud to have worked on major projects such as the Carina Leagues Club, The Brook Hotel, The Belvedere, and many more. We have exciting upcoming projects including Frenchville Sports Club, Maroochydore RSL, and Caboolture Sports Club and with this growing pipeline of work, we’re expanding our team.
Installers
You will take ownership of day-to-day priorities and non-negotiables, and be required to:
- Install custom joinery, furniture, and upholstered items on-site to the highest standards
- Accurately interpret and follow shop drawings and site instructions with precision
- Upholding the Eurofurn brand by maintaining professional standards when it comes to presentation, punctuality and attitude, in line with our core values
- Deliver clear and proactive communication with Project Managers, Site Foremen and other stakeholders on a consistent basis
- Keep worksites clean and organised at all times for site presentation and safety standards
- Conduct thorough handover and closing out of projects on site
- Take ownership and strive towards a defect free outcome
Our Ideal Installers:
We are looking for motivated and qualified installers who have the relevant skillset and experience:
- Cabinetmaking, joinery, or furniture installation.
- A natural communicator, with the ability to chat with others using clear verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Strong eye for detail and pride in workmanship of yourself and others.
- Genuine care about supporting the projects, wider team and business.
- Can follow through with commitments, delivering on agreed actions with confidence and relaying progress updates to stakeholders.
- An interest in mentoring and coaching fellow tradespersons or trade assistants, to foster a collaborative and quality-focused learning environment.
- Own vehicle and Valid Driver’s License, relevant tools, White Card and EWP Card (Forklift licence advantageous).
- Prioritise a safe working environment (First Aid, CPR Certification, or willingness to obtain if required).
