Are you organised, personable and confident juggling a busy front office? We’re looking for a Casual Administration Officer to join our team at our Benalla independent living and holiday park community. Working closely with the Park Manager, you’ll play an important role in delivering smooth, seamless services for both residents and guests, from bookings and records to events and everyday communication.

Why Eureka?

Our values guide how we work every day. We Put People First, Embrace the Challenge, Commit and Follow-Up, Act with Purpose and Build Belonging.

What’s the role?

Reporting to the Park Manager and working closely with onsite staff, contractors and our Support Office, you’ll help keep the park office running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Park Manager with daily administration, including inbox management, scheduling and correspondence
  • Handling holiday guest bookings, reservations, check-ins and check-outs
  • Maintaining accurate resident and village records through timely, accurate data entry
  • Preparing documentation for our Support Office, including leasing and sales paperwork
  • Helping plan and promote village events and activities
  • Managing office supplies, mail and deliveries, and keeping the front office organised and welcoming
  • Following WHS procedures and supporting emergency response plans
  • Engaging warmly and professionally with residents, guests and their families

What’s in it for you?

  • $28.00 – $36.81 per hour + super, aligned to Hospitality Award
  • Casual flexibility to suit your lifestyle
  • A supportive, close-knit park team who value your contribution
  • On-the-job training and support to build your skills
  • Varied work that blends administration with front-facing guest services
  • Opportunity to pick up additional shifts as they become available

What’s it like working for Eureka?

Our Administration Officers are the friendly face of the park and a key support to the Park Manager. No two days are the same. One moment you might be checking in holiday guests, and the next you could be updating resident records or helping organise a community event. It’s a busy, varied role, and it’s also about the small things that make a difference, like a warm welcome at the front desk or a resident query handled with care.

Is this role right for you?

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have previous experience in an administrative or reception role, ideally within a holiday park, tourist park, motel or residential village
  • Have experience with a Property Management System, with RMS Cloud 9+ highly regarded
  • Are highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with accurate data entry skills
  • Are confident working independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team
  • Communicate clearly and warmly, both in writing and in person
  • Handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
  • Hold a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • Can offer flexible availability to suit a casual roster
