Your Role

As the Client Contract Officer, you will support the finance team with effective, efficient and high-quality support. This role is responsible for the coordination and administration of the Client Service Agreements and Quotes for both NDIS and other Agencies to contribute to achievement of exceptional client delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with notifications of new client NDIS Plans
  • Proactively manage and prepare Quotes and Service Agreements for all estara clients both new and existing.
  • Liaise with Client Service Coordinators to ensure accurate and timely distribution of Service Agreements.
  • Timely follow up of outstanding/unsigned Agreements.
  • Establishment of new clients in the CRM
  • Assist with reporting
  • Ad hoc support as directed by the Client Funding Lead
  • Demonstrate high levels of data integrity and attention to detail.

Your capabilities

Essential

  • Demonstrated experience in contract preparation and highly proficient in the use of CRM software (Carelink preferred).
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and maintain a high level of customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Problem-solving and time management skills

Desirable

  • Experience within the Disability sector

Special Conditions

  • Current South Australian full drivers’ licence is essential
  • DHS Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening and any relevant Screenings as stipulated by DHS/NDIS with at least 6 months’ validity
  • Intrastate travel and work outside of normal business hours as required
