We’re hiring a Studio Lead. Someone who wants a real career in digital, not just a job title. This is the entry point into a structured four-stage career track that takes you from graduate to senior, building skills across development, design, client management, sales, and eventually business leadership.
What the role looks like
In your first year, you’ll work alongside our senior Studio Leads, owning day to day support for a portfolio of clients with a mix of long term support agreements and one off support requests. You’ll be learning how Bronte operates, technically and commercially, and building the client relationships that become yours to grow.
As you hit competency milestones (gated, not just time-based), the role expands: development delivery, design, project management, client sales. Senior Studio Leads at Bronte manage their own client portfolios. There is real room for growth in this role.
Who we’re looking for
You don’t need to have built a hundred WordPress sites. But you do need to love technology and love people. Here’s what matters most:
- You’re technically curious: Comfortable learning new tools and not afraid to figure things out
- You’re a people person: Worked with customers before (retail, hospitality, call centre) and you’re good at it
- You’re excited about AI and automation, not intimidated by it
- You want a career, not just a job: You’ll put in the work to grow into a senior role
- A background in computer science, IT, or web development is ideal. WordPress knowledge is a bonus
Where you’ll work
Hamilton-based, with hybrid and in-office options available. Occasional travel for client meetings or events.
