Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our utilities company in New Zealand. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of employees, ensuring efficient and effective operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Operations Manager will work closely with senior management to develop strategies that align with business goals and objectives.

– Proven track record of achieving operational targets

– Excellent project management skills

– Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Management is a plus
