Who we are

South Bank Classic Fish & Chips opened in July, bringing a classic Aussie fish & chip shop to life with a modern twist, combining fast, high-quality takeaway with relaxed dine-in service.

Located right by the beach, we’ve quickly built a loyal customer base and are looking for an enthusiastic Shift Supervisor to join our growing team. This hands-on leadership role will see you working across both customer service and kitchen operations while supporting the day to day running of the restaurant.

Flexible Hours | Trading Hours: 11am-8:30pm

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking a passionate hospitality leader who enjoys leading by example, supporting team members, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Our ideal team member:

• Leads from the front and delivers outstanding customer service
• Enjoys coaching, supporting, and motivating others
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Takes pride in food quality, food safety, cleanliness and presentation
• Is confident managing shift operations and solving problems on the go
• Has experience in hospitality and a passion for developing others
• Has flexible availability, including weekends
• Supervisory or shift leading experience is preferred
• RSA certificate and Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willingness to obtain) is essential
• First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain) is desirable
