We are currently looking for outgoing and enthusiastic front of house Customer Service/Membership Reception Team Members to join the team at our Moreton bay area clubs – Mango Hill Fitness centre and North Lakes Performance centre.

Successful candidates will participate and play a key role in our member experience process. Upon starting on the EMF Team, those team members will transition to be the core of our day to day reception/sales team. Staff will also assist the Club Manager with all other aspects of club operations such as; social media, club tours, member outreach, club presentation, administration, retail sales and general member engagement.

• Have proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment and great product knowledge.

• Have high attention-to-detail skills and ability to problem solve on the spot.

• Able to follow sales processes from enquiry to sale.

• Excellent phone, email and face to face conversational skills.

• Aren’t afraid to clean or maintain equipment on a daily basis or whatever it takes to keep our gym looking its best!

Eligibility Requirements for Applicants:

• Current First Aid and CPR

• Working with children check

• Fitness industry experience preferred

• Strong administration and customer service skills are essential
