About the Opportunity

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, supplier performance and logistics across EM Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead supply chain operations and team performance.

·        Implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.

·        Foster accountability and continuous improvement.

·        Report supply chain performance, risks and priorities.

·        Oversee sourcing and purchasing with the Purchasing Manager.

·        Negotiate supplier agreements and terms.

·        Set supplier quality, cost and delivery measures.

·        Strengthen strategic supplier relationships and development.

·        Optimise inventory levels and accuracy.

·        Maintain ERP/MRP data and planning integrity.

·        Ensure materials are available for production and projects.

·        Minimise excess and obsolete inventory.

·        Manage compliant import and export activities.

·        Improve logistics cost, reliability and performance.

·        Coordinate providers and stakeholders for on-time delivery.

·        Plan for transport and supply disruptions.

Qualifications:

·        Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics Management or Professional Certification (APICS, CPIM, etc.) highly regarded 

·        5- 7 years supply chain experience with leadership responsibility for international supply chain activities

·        Experience within manufacturing, engineering, electronics or defence environments. 

·        Experience with ERP/MRP systems.

·        Knowledge of ISO9001 quality requirements and WHS requirements .

·       Possession of, or the ability to qualify for, an Australian defence security clearance (baseline).
