Shift Manager

Summary:

As a Shift Manager in the hospitality and catering industry, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations at our Plumpton location. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards.
• Manage staff schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet business needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Conduct training and development sessions for new and existing staff.
