The Position:
We’re looking for a Compliance and Consulting Support Officer to join our team to support our consulting team and clients. You will be involved in ensuring our client needs are met with many varied tasks depending on the projects we're working on. Tasks will include taking new enquiries, liaising with clients about their needs, scheduling appointments, preparing proposals, preparing key RTO compliance documents, developing training and assessment strategies, preparing timetables, assisting the consultant to prepare clients for audit, organising information from clients, reviewing or preparing trainer files and much more.
We're offering $70-000-$75,000 plus super (depending on experience).
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have experience in an RTO compliance support or high-level RTO admin role
- Have excellent computer skills – including fast typing skills and ability to create and professionally format documents
- Have the ability to multi-task and work towards a number of deadlines
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have an interest in learning more about RTO and VET compliance requirements
- Be able to develop a good rapport with customers and internal staff
- Have clear and professional communication skills
