Group Marketing Manager – Australian University Partnerships
Permanent | Full time | Sydney-based | Immediate start
ECA is seeking a Group Marketing Manager to lead marketing across five education brands and six Australian campuses, as well as IT Masters online.
The portfolio includes Victoria University in Sydney and Brisbane, University of Canberra Sydney Hills, University of Tasmania in Sydney and Melbourne, and University of the Sunshine Coast in Adelaide.
Reporting to the ECA Group Marketing Director, you will lead and develop Brand Managers, build marketing plans around student intakes, and work closely with university partners, Student Acquisition and Admissions. You will share accountability for applications, enrolments and student revenue, while managing marketing activity within approved annual budgets.
What you’ll do
- Set priorities and guide marketing delivery across brands, campuses and courses.
- Develop clear brand and course propositions, campaigns and content.
- Oversee websites, social media, events, education agent materials and prospective student nurturing.
- Manage partner reviews and approvals.
- Use recruitment and campaign data to improve performance and report marketing’s contribution to results.
As the successful candidate, you will ideally have:
- Excellent written English and an eye for design and detail
- A positive, engaging personality
- 8+ years in marketing roles, preferably in higher education and international student recruitment
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage senior stakeholder relationships
- Proven success managing marketing projects to deliver in-full, on-time
- Experience creating purposeful content for websites, social, email, and events
- Experience managing design agencies
- Familiarity with tools like Zoho, Canva, Microsoft 365
