About Us:

The recently refurbished Saracens Head Hotel is an iconic CBD venue with a rich history dating back to 1873. With state of the art facilities and the latest Gaming machines , this is the perfect opportunity to join a growing venue in the CBD!

We are excited to grow our existing gaming team and are looking for an experienced Duty Manager with Gaming experience!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with gaming room, bar, function, and bistro operations;
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly;
• Build strong relationships with all employees and customers; and
• Provide excellent service to patrons, working across the bar when required.

About you:

• RSA, Advanced Gaming qualifications essential;
• RP badge an advantage;
• Minimum 2 years gaming experience highly regarded;
• GFR PPRO experience highly regarded;
• Confident, friendly, and can work independently and as a part of a team;
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, weekend and late night availability a must; and
• Team player focused on driving great team culture.
