Are you a relationship‑driven commercial leader who loves creating unforgettable experiences?

We manage some of Dunedin’s most iconic venues, including Forsyth Barr Stadium and the Dunedin Centre and are seeking a dynamic Membership & Premium Experiences Manager to lead our premium hospitality and membership programme.

This is a rare opportunity and as a key member of our commercial team, you’ll be both a strategic thinker and a hands on operator, someone who can develop long-term plans while also being visible on event days, hosting clients and ensuring flawless delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the strategy, development and delivery of premium membership and hospitality offerings
  • Drive the sales and renewals of memberships and premium hospitality products
  • Manage and nurture high-value member and corporate relationships
  • Deliver exceptional event‑day hosting and premium experiences
  • Develop new premium products and identify revenue opportunities
  • Oversee membership communications, newsletters, surveys and engagement campaigns
  • Manage contracts, pricing structures and premium package components
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and commercial partners

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in stakeholder, client or account management
  • Outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure with multiple priorities on the go
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
  • Tech‑savvy with CRM/database experience
  • A confident, proactive leader with a customer‑first mindset
