- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Experience managing outstanding accounts, including client calls and correspondence.
- Experience negotiating payment plans/settlements and delivering regular reporting to senior partners/group.

Duffy & Simon, a progressive leader in the legal industry with nearly 50 years’ experience and we require a dedicated accounts receivable officer 2 -3 days per week. This position is newly created to accommodate the business growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic Team ensuring that arrears are kept at an appropriate level. The purpose of this position is to maximize recovery rates, enter into negotiations and decision making in relation to payment arrangements, settlement offers and resolving or escalating any issues that arise associated with the debt collection. You will work closely with Partners and lawyers to gain their insights and support.
