The Opportunity
Are you ready to step beyond compliance work and start building real advisory capability?
This role is suited to a Tax Accountant with 2–4 years’ experience in public practice who is performing well and looking for career development.
You’ll work closely with experienced Seniors, Managers and Partners, gaining exposure to a broad client base while developing your technical tax skills and business acumen. The focus is progression—moving from solid compliance delivery toward broader business advisory capability over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing tax returns and financial statements across a range of clients and industries
- Developing your technical and professional skillset through feedback and mentoring
- Building confidence in client communication
- Supporting senior team members on business advisory work
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years’ experience in an Australian public accounting practice (tax or business advisory)
- Degree in Accounting/Commerce
- Commenced CA or CPA
- Solid technical foundations and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills, initiative and a professional approach
- Based in Perth with full Australian working rights
