As part of our team at East Tamaki, you will be responsible for diagnosing accident-related mechanical damage and performing quality and efficient workmanship repairing vehicles to ensure a safe quality repair for the customer. Seeking trade qualified mechanics with solid skills in suspension and wheel alignment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and complete scheduled repair jobs in accordance with estimate/job sheet
- Disassemble and diagnose accident-related mechanical damage
- Carry out system updates to diagnostic computers and wheel alignment computers as required
- Work as part of a team and being able to communicate effectively
- Demonstrated experience working and following best practice repair methods
- Working within and following OH & S workplace procedures and industry best practices
ABOUT YOU
- Trade qualified Mechanic
- Experience and specialist training in suspension & wheel alignment would be advantage.
- Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to meet the physical demands of the position and manual handling requirements
- Reliable and hold a strong work ethic
- Hold a current full driving licence and appropriate New Zealand working rights.
