Retail Manager | Flexible Part-Time | Sarina Discount Drug Store

Lead a local retail team with the flexibility to make work fit around your life. Join Sarina Discount Drug Store as Retail Manager, working 30–38 hours across 4–5 days, with flexibility around how those hours are structured, including school-friendly hours for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, support and develop the retail team to deliver excellent customer service
• Oversee day-to-day retail operations, including team coordination and rostering
• Drive sales and promotions while maintaining high standards of merchandising and store presentation
• Manage stock levels, inventory and product availability
• Support staff training and performance, providing guidance and feedback to the team
• Work closely with the Pharmacist in Charge to resolve issues, maintain store standards and identify opportunities for improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous retail management or leadership experience
• Confidence leading, supporting and developing a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A positive, approachable attitude with the confidence to take ownership and follow things through
• Good computer and point-of-sale skills

Experience in pharmacy, health, beauty retail would be highly regarded, but isn’t essential. We’re open to experienced retail leaders from other industries.
