A glimpse at what you’ll be doing:
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of domestic insurance clients
- Build strong, long term relationships with new and existing clients
- Prepare and present insurance programme proposals and renewal recommendations
- Deliver a consistently high standard of client service and professionalism
- Maintain debtor control
- Building and maintaining relationships with insurers and stakeholders
- Keep up to date with insurance products, market trends and industry developments
- Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and procedures
- Mentor and develop Associate Risk Advisers and junior members of the team
- Collaborate with other risk advisers on accounts
To thrive in this role, you will:
- Have a minimum of 2 years Domestic insurance and risk advisory experience, preferably with mid-sized or large client accounts
- Hold certification in Financial Services (Level 5)
- Enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and be curious with a desire to grow
- Display initiative, be proactive and a natural problem solver
- Be an expert communicator and able to work collaboratively
