Dental Lounge, one of Australia’s leading cosmetic dental practices, is offering a unique opportunity for the right dentist to join our team and receive structured training in advanced dental procedures including, cosmetic and restorative dentistry, implantology and full-mouth rehabilitation.

Your Role and Development Pathway

• This is a training role akin to a hospital surgical registrar. As such it is salaried for the first 24 months.
• Receive hands-on mentorship in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, implantology and full-mouth rehabilitation.
• Develop skills in prosthetically driven treatment planning using digital workflows and Digital Smile Design.
• Work alongside experienced oral surgeons and cosmetic dentists in complex case discussions and treatment planning.
• Participate in continuing education courses, workshops, and live patient training (clinic-sponsored).
• A genuine pathway for high-performing clinicians to progress into senior dentist, lead dentist and practice principal opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years clinical experience in general dentistry.
• Passionate about cosmetic, restorative dentistry and full-mouth rehabilitation
• Keen to learn and grow under expert mentorship.
• AHPRA-registered with full working rights in Australia.
• A strong communicator with a patient-focused approach.
