Join The Dental Group Team

The Dental Group is seeking an experienced and highly personable Treatment Coordinator to join our Sydney CBD team, working across Sydney Implant Institute (SII) and The Dental Lounge (DL).

This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong patient relationships and helping people feel informed, confident and supported throughout their treatment journey.

Sydney Implant Institute focuses on advanced implant dentistry and complex treatments, including full-arch rehabilitation, while The Dental Lounge delivers premium general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support patients from consultation through to treatment completion.
  • Coordinate general, cosmetic, implant and complex treatment plans across SII and DL.
  • Proactively follow up with patients after consultations and assist with questions or concerns.
  • Coordinate appointments between patients, clinicians and the wider clinical team.
  • Manage treatment plans, quotations, deposits, payments and patient correspondence.
  • Build genuine relationships with patients and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience.
  • Work closely with clinicians, nurses and reception to support patient flow and treatment progression.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

  • Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Patient Coordinator or similar, ideally within dentistry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Experience discussing treatment plans, fees and finance options.
  • Dental knowledge and familiarity with dental terminology is highly regarded.
  • A confident, empathetic and patient-focused approach.
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Sales or consultative customer service experience is advantageous.
  • The ability to manage multiple patient journeys and treatment plans at once.
