Design full-arch cases that change people’s lives – in a lab that’s invested in doing them properly.

We’re a Sydney CBD lab with a growing full-arch implant workload, and we’re looking for a designer/technician who lives and breathes exocad. Whether you’re a senior tech who runs All-on-4 cases end-to-end or a strong exocad designer ready to specialise in full-arch, we want to talk.

What you’ll do

• Design full-arch implant restorations (All-on-4/All-on-X) in exocad – from scan data and photogrammetry through to provisional and definitive designs
• Work on smile design, tooth setups, gingiva contouring, bar/framework and screw-retained hybrid designs
• Collaborate directly with clinicians on case planning, try-ins and conversions
• Work with our milling/printing workflow (nesting, materials, finishing as relevant to your skill set)

What you’ll bring

Must have:

• Solid exocad experience (All on four a must, crown & bridge minimum; full-arch modules a strong plus)
• Understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion and implant restorative principles
• Attention to detail and pride in aesthetics – your designs go in people’s mouths

Nice to have:

• Hands-on full-arch experience: photogrammetry, verification jigs, conversion protocols
• Experience with [3Shape / Meshmixer / your mill or printer brands]
• Bench skills (finishing, characterisation, model work)
• Dental technology qualification (Diploma of Dental Technology or equivalent)
