About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst with advanced Salesforce expertise to join our high-performing HQ team. This role is pivotal to our growth designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, systems, and business strategy.
You’ll be the bridge between departments working across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Clinical Services to drive data-led decision-making, streamline operations, and shape our evolving CRM strategy. Your mastery of Salesforce both in frontend reporting and backend configuration will be key to supporting scalable growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce CRM Ownership
- Lead the development, optimisation, and backend configuration of Salesforce to meet evolving business needs
- Partner with Salesforce admins and developers to implement scalable solutions, automate workflows, and enhance data architecture
- Define and monitor key Salesforce KPIs, drive CRM best practices, and contribute to roadmap planning
Cross-Functional Business Analytics
- Deliver deep insights into Marketing ROI, Sales conversions, Finance performance, and patient engagement metrics
- Collaborate with department leads to translate business needs into data models, reports, and dashboards
- Use data to inform strategies for lead generation, revenue forecasting, campaign optimisation, and operational efficiency
Data Governance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of data across Salesforce and connected platforms (e.g. Core Practice, Power BI, financial tools)
- Standardise data entry, perform regular audits, and maintain high-quality CRM hygiene
- Implement strong governance protocols around patient data and privacy compliance
Reporting & Visualisation
- Build and maintain dynamic dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI to support daily operations and strategic decision-making
- Deliver clear, concise, and actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Automate recurring reports and enable self-serve analytics where possible
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst across multiple functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT)
- Exceptional hands-on Salesforce experience, including backend configuration, reporting, automation, and dashboard creation
- Strong knowledge of CRM analytics platforms (Salesforce CRM Analytics/Tableau/Power BI)
- Ability to translate complex datasets into strategic business insights
- Strong communication skills — able to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
Highly Regarded:
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, or CRM Analytics)
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or service-driven industries
- Familiarity with data privacy frameworks such as HIPAA, AHPRA, etc.
