Product Owner

Summary:

The Product Owner is responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring effective communication of the product vision to team members, and delivering the product roadmap. They work closely with stakeholders to ensure products meet or exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product backlog grooming sessions to ensure stories are clearly defined and prioritized.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories with clear scope.
• Work with the engineering team to refine user stories and prioritize them.
• Ensure team understanding of project success and support goals.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define new features.
• Make data-driven decisions to ensure product success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
• Proven product management experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
