  • About the Role
  • We’re seeking an experienced ML Engineer to join our team and drive innovation in our data-driven initiatives. As an integral member of our engineering team, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models to solve complex business problems. Your expertise in Bayesian inference, tabular data, MLops, and continuous improvement will be essential in building robust and scalable ML solutions.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Model Development: Develop and deploy machine learning models using Bayesian inference techniques, focusing on tabular data.
  • Data Engineering: Collaborate with data engineers to ensure high-quality data pipelines and feature engineering.
  • MLops: Implement and maintain MLops practices to automate model development, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine models to optimize performance and address evolving business needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, data science) to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable ML solutions.
  • Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as an ML Engineer or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Bayesian inference and its application to machine learning problems.
  • In-depth knowledge of tabular data and its unique challenges in model development.
  • Experience with MLops tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow Extended, Kubeflow).
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python and R.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
