Summary:

The Remedial Project Manager will oversee and manage remedial construction projects in Milsons Point, New South Wales. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to deliver effective solutions that meet the specific needs of each project.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of remedial construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and clients.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project.
  • Ensure that all documentation is maintained accurately and is up to date.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the building and construction industry.
  • Proven track record of managing remedial projects successfully.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
