Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Finishes Foreman with experience in high-rise residential projects. This role involves overseeing the finishing stages of construction, ensuring quality and compliance with standards. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the finishing works on high-rise residential projects.
• Ensure all finishing activities comply with safety and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman in high-rise residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
