About the Role

As a Contract Field Technician, you’ll provide on-site support and technical assistance to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of hardware and software systems (training will be provided)

• Conducting routine inspections and troubleshooting technical issues.

• Collaborating with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

• Keeping detailed records of all activities, including service reports and inventory updates.

• Following strict safety protocols and industry standards in all operations.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow. Here’s what you need to succeed in this role:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications are a bonus!).

• A basic understanding of computer hardware.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to invest in your own tools.

• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

• Flexibility to travel to client sites within and outside of Wellington and work shifts, including night shifts.
