We’re expanding across the Moreton Bay region and are looking for Early Childhood Teachers to join our centres at Morayfield, Burpengary and Caboolture. 🌟 About the Role — Early Childhood Teacher

As an Early Childhood Teacher at Curiosity Tree, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of our youngest learners, ensuring their development and wellbeing in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

💚 What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate educational programmes for children aged 3.5–5 years
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity
• Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers on their development
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices
• Maintain accurate records of children’s activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Foster positive relationships with children, families and the wider community
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
• Physically fit for the demands of the role, including being outdoors in the heat, standing for long periods, safely bending, lifting and carrying children and their equipment/toys, and responding quickly in an emergency

• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Skilled at building respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Excited to bring their energy and enthusiasm every day

🎓 What You Bring

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Experience as ECT (preferable)
• Good understanding of the National Quality Framework and Regulations
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
• A team-first mindset and a passion for building a positive culture
• Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• First Aid/CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to update)
