Curiosity Tree Caboolture is a brand new, purpose-built 120-place early learning centre committed to providing high-quality early education and care. Opening in November 2026, we’re now building our founding team and we’d love for you to be part of it.

🎓 What You Bring

• Certificate III with 4 years’ experience or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or studying towards / ACECQA-approved equivalent)

• A current Blue Card

• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certification

• Experience in early learning

• A genuine love of children and learning

• Physically fit for the demands of the role, including standing for long periods, safely bending, lifting and carrying children and their equipment/toys, and responding quickly in an emergency

🎓 What We’re Looking For

Educational Leader  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and care • Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and assessment & rating  • Experience leading curriculum and mentoring educators in reflective practice

Early Childhood Teachers  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)  • Queensland College of Teachers registration (or eligibility)  • Passion for delivering engaging, play-based kindergarten and early learning programs

Diploma Lead Educators  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)  • Room leadership experience preferred  • Confidence planning, documenting, and leading a room team

Cert III Educators  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)  • A nurturing, hands-on approach and a willingness to learn and grow

Cook  • Experience cooking for children or in a commercial kitchen  • Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain)  • Knowledge of allergy management and nutritious menu planning for young children

Kitchen Hand  • Food handling experience and awareness of food safety practices  • Organised, efficient, and happy to support a busy kitchen
