Kuro Bar & Dining is looking for a full-time senior bartender to join our award-winning team!

Enthusiastic individuals who are interested in Japanese bartending and want to improve their skills are highly encouraged to apply!!!

We are a modern Japanese restaurant and bar located in the heart of Sydney CBD and close to public transport. Inspired by modern Japanese aesthetics and architecture, our venue holds a multilayered bar and dining experience.

Essential:

• Interest in Japanese Mixology / Culture
• Previous experience in Bartending
• Must be available weekends (Fri/Sat)
• Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Have full Australian working rights
• Valid NSW RSA

Duties include:

• Cocktail Making
• Prepping
• Floor Service
