The Head Facilitator is a qualified and experienced facilitator working with youth from diverse and disengaged backgrounds. The Head Facilitator has the capacity to adapt the session based on student engagement, demonstrates inspirational leadership, and possesses the ability to mentor and supervise other facilitators.

• Head Facilitation: Planning & Delivery, Management, Administration & Reporting and Communication 
• Child Safeguarding & Workplace Health and Safety commitment 
• Additional responsibilities to this role include school and community engagement throughout the region.
