The Opportunity

ContainerCo is seeking an experienced IT Project & Service Coordinator to join our collaborative and highly capable IT team.  This is a varied and hands-on role that combines project coordination, service management, and stakeholder engagement.

Working closely with IT team members, business stakeholders, and external providers, you will play a critical role in ensuring IT projects are planned, organised, and delivered successfully, while also helping coordinate day-to-day service and support activities across the business.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on building strong relationships, and takes pride in helping deliver technology solutions that support operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • IT projects are organised, documented and progressed in accordance with agreed timelines and priorities.
  • Project stakeholders are engaged appropriately and receive timely communication regarding project activities and deliverables.
  • Testing, training, deployment and change activities are coordinated to support successful project outcomes.
  • IT incidents, service requests and improvement initiatives are logged, tracked and progressed appropriately.
  • Users and stakeholder receive timely updates regarding incidents, outages, service requests and resolution activities.
  • Act as trusted IT advisor/advocate and constructive member of the IT team.

What you’ll Bring

  • Experience in project administration, project coordination or IT service coordination is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing actions, risks, issues and project documentation.
  • Good understanding of IT support and incident management processes.
  • Well-developed skills in Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Word and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally with people at all levels.
