Description

Farm Team All Rounder

Myocum, Northern Rivers NSW | Casual

Conscious Ground is looking for a practical, hands-on and proactive Farm Team All Rounder who enjoys working outdoors in all weather and taking pride in the place they work.

This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running and upkeep of our regenerative organic farm and home. You’ll work across livestock care, farm infrastructure, residences, repairs, irrigation, machinery and equipment, compost and regenerative farm inputs, and lend a hand with harvest, kitchen and other farm priorities when needed.

At Conscious Ground, being a farm hand is about more than getting the job done. We value people who notice what needs attention, look after animals, land and equipment, take ownership of their work and leave things better than they found them.

You’ll bring

  • Minimum 2 years farm, property maintenance or similar hands-on experience.
  • Confidence around livestock, machinery, tools and practical farm maintenance.
  • A practical mindset — you can work things out, communicate when something isn’t right and know when to ask for help.
  • A valid driver’s licence.
  • Chainsaw, Fork lift, Tractor and First Aid qualifications are an advantage.

You don’t need experience in every part of our farm. You do need to be practical, reliable, willing to learn and comfortable getting your hands dirty.

Food is our tool. People are our purpose. The land is our teacher.

Interested? Send us your resume and a little about your practical experience and what you bring to this role!

Company Overview

At Conscious Ground, every role contributes to the delivery of our Vision and Mission. We are a regenerative farm in Byron Bay growing nutrient-dense food, regenerating the land and creating experiences that reconnect people, community and the natural world. Food is our tool. People are our purpose. The land is our teacher. We’re looking for people who already bring capability, professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility. People who take pride in doing things properly, communicate openly, care for the resources entrusted to them and consistently follow through on their commitments. Whether you’re harvesting produce, restoring native bushland or supporting our daily operations, your work helps strengthen our organisation, our community and the land we care for. If you value stewardship, accountability and producing quality work every day, we’d love to hear from you.
