We are looking for a Demand & Supply Chain Senior Coordinator to
support demand planning while owning supply planning and inbound execution across the ANZ business. This role ensures accurate translation of demand into supply, manages inbound logistics, and maintains visibility of inventory flow, risks, and timing. The role also includes management and development of a Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure strong operational execution and continuous
improvement.

Key Objectives
- Ensure reliable supply planning and inbound execution
- Maintain accurate inventory flow and visibility
- Support demand planning and buy preparation
- Ensure on-time inbound delivery and risk mitigation
- Drive operational efficiency and freight cost optimization
- Develop and manage Supply Chain Coordinator capability
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Planning Support
- Support replenishment analysis, forecast updates, and buy preparation
- Translate demand into supply requirements
- Maintain visibility across launches, seasonal buys, and promotions
- Align demand plans with supply execution
Supply Planning & Supplier Coordination
- Communicate demand requirements to suppliers
- Monitor production timelines and manage risks
- Build strong supplier relationships
- Escalate supply risks with mitigation plans
Purchase Order Management
- Oversee full PO lifecycle from placement to delivery
- Ensure accuracy of orders and documentation
- Maintain ERP data integrity
- Align POs with supplier confirmations and shipments
Inbound Logistics & Freight Coordination
- Manage inbound shipment scheduling
- Coordinate with freight forwarders
- Track shipments and maintain ETA accuracy
- Maintain inbound visibility and reporting
- Support freight efficiency and cost optimisation
Inventory & Availability Management
- Maintain inventory visibility across channels
- Ensure stock availability for all channels
- Oversee internal transfers
- Support allocation readiness for key accounts
- Align supply with commercial priorities
Operational Readiness & Communication
- Support readiness for launches, store buys, and promotions
- Communicate inbound and inventory updates
- Coordinate across suppliers, logistics, and internal teams
- Maintainreporting accuracy
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and mentor Supply Chain Coordinator
- Allocate and prioritise workload
- Maintain execution standards
- Develop team capability
- Drive continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience
- Supply chain, logistics, or demand planning experience
- ERP systems (Cin7 preferred)
- Strong Excel capability
- Supplier and freight coordination experience
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in retail, apparel, or consumer goods (helpful but not required)
- Experience with 3PLs and freight forwarders (helpful but not required)
- Experience supporting launches or seasonal buying (helpful but not required)
- Leadership or mentoring experience (helpful but not required)
