About the Role
As a Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering engaging training programs to diverse learner groups.
- Assessing learner competency in accordance with nationally recognised training standards.
- Developing and maintaining training and assessment resources.
- Providing coaching, mentoring and support to students throughout their learning journey.
- Ensuring compliance with RTO standards, training package requirements and organisational policies.
- Maintaining accurate training and assessment records.
About You
To be considered, you will possess:
Essential:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
- Relevant industry qualifications and experience in your vocational area.
- Demonstrated experience delivering training and conducting competency-based assessments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners from a variety of backgrounds.
- Sound understanding of vocational education and training (VET) compliance requirements.
Desirable:
- Experience working within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
- Current industry currency and professional networks.
- Experience with online, blended and workplace-based training delivery.
