Cold Front is a leading air conditioning supplier and installer across Queensland. With over 50 years of experience, we’re known for quality products, trusted repairs, installations and prompt, friendly service.

We’re heading into a period of growth and we’re looking for fully qualified HVAC service and installation technicians to grow with us.

About the role

• Service, repair and/or install residential air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems
• Deliver high-quality, reliable work and look after our customers
• Work independently and follow a schedule and with hands on support from our Service Manager
• Train apprentices on the job – moulding the future of Cold Front
• Contribute ideas on how we can work smarter as we grow

What we offer

• $50 – $60 per hour for senior technicians
• $40 – $50 per hour for less experienced technicians with opportunities to upskill

About you

• Fully qualified HVAC/refrigeration technician (e.g. Cert III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning)
• Current ARC refrigerant handling licence
• Current driver’s licence
• Hardworking, self-sufficient and reliable
• Professional and friendly with customers
• Confident in recommendations for customers to improve and/or extend the life of their units
• Keen to share ideas and help the business improve
• Residential service and/or installation experience
• Based in Gold Coast, Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast
