Cohort Staffing is hiring for Felicity Holistic Care, who are seeking Disability Workers for clients in Shepparton.

No previous support work experience? No problem.
We’ll provide the guidance, mentoring, and real-world experience you need to grow into a confident and capable NDIS Support Worker.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting participants to achieve their goals and build independence.
- Assisting with daily living activities and community access.
- Building meaningful relationships with participants and their families.
- Learning from experienced support workers and developing your skills on the job.
What we’re looking for:
- A recently completed Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or similar.
- A caring, reliable and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and grow.
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Working with Children Check (Employee) – (willingness to obtain).
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain).

We are committed to child safety. This role requires compliance with child safety policies and completion of pre-employment checks, including Working With Children Checks.
Successful applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and agree to provide information for pre-employment checks as required for the position (which includes police record checks).
